Training should fit seamlessly into your life, which is why this approach is designed to be convenient, personalized, and efficient. Here’s how you get started:

Scroll down the page, and begin filling out the form on the website. Here you can share your goals, current fitness level, and what you’re looking to achieve through training. It’s your chance to share about your fitness journey so far and your vision for the future.

Step 1: Fill Out the Form

Next you’ll receive a call from your trainer. During this conversation, you’ll both dive deeper into your goals and any challenges you may be facing. You will also get to discuss logistics—where and when you’d like to train, and preferences you have for how you will work together. From there, you’ll schedule an in-person consultation at a location that works best for you.

During the consultation, your trainer will come to you. They’ll take you through a thorough assessment to get a clear picture of your current mobility, strength, and overall physical condition. This gives your trainer all of the information they need to create a customized training plan that’s tailored specifically to you.

With your assessment complete, you’re ready to begin! You and your trainer will schedule your first training session and get started on building mobility, strength, and functional fitness— in the comfort of your own space.
