The 12 Week Strong and Healthy Program is our core program specifically designed for the second and third phase, Build Strength, and Optimize Functionality, of our functional training approach. These phases build on top of a base of mobility and flexibility by increasing muscle strength and power, thereby enhancing the overall stability and functionality necessary to live an active and healthy lifestyle. By the end of this program you’ll feel stronger and more confident in your ability to handle the physical activities of life–like hiking, running, or just keeping up with everyday tasks.

The 12 Week Strong and Healthy Program is PERFECT for Someone Who:
Has recently begun their fitness journey. Having built a baseline level of fitness on their own, they are ready to optimize their training approach for strength, functionality and longevity.
Has likely experienced injury and frustration with traditional approaches to exercise that tend to focus only on aesthetics.
May be juggling a busy life and prefers convenience, but still wants a training process that feels effective and tailored to them.
The 12 Week Strong and Healthy Program is NOT for Someone Who:
Isn’t Ready to Commit: Those who are unwilling to invest the effort into their physical health may find it challenging to benefit from this type of training. Consistency is essential for achieving progress.
Seeks Quick Fixes: If someone is looking for rapid results without putting in the necessary work or patience, they may be disappointed. Functional training requires a commitment to gradual improvement and long-term lifestyle changes.
Is Not Open to Change: Those resistant to modifying their habits, routines, or mindset regarding fitness and health may struggle with the principles of functional training, which encourages adaptation and growth.
How the 12 Week Strong and Healthy Program Works
The 12 Week Strong and Healthy Program is designed to help you build functional strength and improve the quality of how your body moves. This starts with an initial assessment of your mobility, flexibility, and strength, to get a clear, overall baseline of where your body is at. From here your strength specialist will have everything they need to get you started on your strength journey.
Over the course of the 12 weeks you’ll meet with your strength specialist either two or three times per week for 60 minute in-home mobility and strength training sessions. You’ll also receive additional support outside of your in person sessions with access to your own customized mobility and strength training program through our smartphone app and direct communication with your strength specialist.
