How the 8 Week Full Body Reset Works
Unlike many traditional fitness training programs, The 8 Week Full Body Reset combines massage therapy and mobility training to help you get amazing results. This starts with an initial assessment of your overall mobility and flexibility where we get a clear baseline of your overall joint mobility, and any muscular tightness and/or imbalances you may have. From here your mobility specialist will have everything they need to get you started on your journey back to fitness.
Over the course of the 8 weeks you’ll meet with your mobility specialist twice weekly for 60 minute in-home mobility and flexibility training sessions and once weekly for a 90 minute massage therapy session. You’ll also receive additional support outside of your in person sessions with access to your own customized mobility program through our smartphone app and direct communication with your mobility specialist.
